Unlike block storage (server disks), object storage is infinitely scalable, accessible from anywhere, and priced per GB stored and transferred. Use cases: storing WordPress media uploads (wp-content/uploads offloaded to object storage), backups, log archives, static website hosting, and distributing large files. Connect Quest provides S3-compatible object storage accessible via standard S3 API. Connect WordPress to object storage using WP Offload Media Lite plugin: configure with your Access Key, Secret Key, and bucket name. All media uploads automatically go to object storage; old files can be migrated via WP-CLI.
