By accessing or using the Connect Quest application for automated Facebook and Instagram posting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Connect Quest provides automated content publishing services that allow users to schedule and publish posts to their Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through Meta's Graph API.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have administrative rights to the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you connect
• You are responsible for all content published through our service
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Instagram Platform Policies
• You agree not to publish spam, abusive, or illegal content
• You maintain sole responsibility for your login credentials and account security

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish through Connect Quest. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using our service, you grant us the limited license necessary to transmit your content to Meta's platforms for publishing purposes only.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Meta API changes or downtime
• Platform policy updates
• Technical maintenance requirements
• Force majeure events

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Quest shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions from platform API changes
• User-generated content violations on social platforms
• Third-party actions or platform policy changes

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:

• Violation of these terms or platform policies
• Abusive or spammy behavior
• Legal or regulatory requirements

You may terminate your use at any time by disconnecting the app through Facebook Settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
