🚀 Automatic Data Deletion

The easiest way to delete all your data is to revoke app access through Facebook:

Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Go to Facebook Settings
  2. Click on Apps and Websites
  3. Find "Connect Quest" in your active apps
  4. Click Remove or Revoke Access
  5. Confirm the removal when prompted
What happens when you remove access:
  • All access tokens are immediately invalidated
  • Your Facebook Page and Instagram connections are disconnected
  • Any cached data is permanently deleted from our servers
  • No further data collection occurs

📧 Manual Data Deletion Request

If you need manual assistance with data deletion, please contact us directly:

Email Request Process:
  1. Send an email to: meta@connectquest.co.in
  2. Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include your Facebook Page name or Instagram username
  4. We will confirm deletion within 48 hours

🔍 What Data We Store

For transparency, here's what data we collect and delete:

✅ Deletion Confirmation

After you complete the data deletion process:

  • You will no longer see Connect Quest in your Facebook connected apps
  • We will send email confirmation for manual deletion requests
  • All your data is permanently removed from our systems
  • You can reconnect anytime if you wish to use our service again
Note: We only store temporary access tokens and connection data. No personal content or media files are permanently stored on our servers.
